Product Parameters
1. The whole machine adopts PLC control system linkage, all movements can be realized by human-machine interface control, the main transmission adopts the world's advanced technology, its performance is superior, the failure rate is extremely low, and it is easy to repair and maintain;
2. The main power components of the whole set of equipment are all high-end imported brands, Japan Toshiba motor, Japan Sumitomo reducer, Yaskawa servo motor, Mitsubishi inverter) (or Panasonic);
3. All bearings are NTN, NSK; (or other high-quality spare parts);
4. All cylinders and pneumatic control parts are SMC or AirTac brand, and guide screws are Taiwan Hiwin or THK brand
5. The drying duct system adopts double-layer stainless steel air supply and dehumidification design to make the product drying effect more uniform and ideal, and realize the different process parameters of the manufacturer. The drying room controls the air volume and temperature in sections: the front section and the rear section are controlled by 3 kW fans respectively, and the air volume is controlled by the inverter. The air ducts are equipped with valves to control the flow. The temperature can be set according to product requirements. The front section and the back section are controlled separately. Generally, it does not exceed 90 degrees. The normal production is about 60 to 70 degrees. The temperature of the front section is relatively lower than that of the back section.
6. The vacuum mud kneading machine adopts Fenghong brand. The main shaft of the mud kneading is made of SUS304 stainless steel, plus mud kneading device and vacuum device to ensure the quality and stability of the supplied mud;
7. All pneumatic systems use double-layer filtration, and the high-quality power source improves the stability of equipment use;
8. CNC molding machine: up and down movement and front and back movement are all controlled by Japanese Panasonic servo motors, the upper and lower spindle motors are Japanese Toshiba motors, and the guide rail screws are made of Hiwin.
9. The surface treatment of the machine is painted, which is not easy to scratch, age or fall off.
10. Edge washing machine function (up and down washing, front and back washing): front and back washing is to stand up the sponge and repair the blank by moving forward and backward. Up and down washing is to lay the sponge flat and repair the blank by moving up and down.
